What do you love most about your job?
I love supporting people with their leadership development journey and my greatest satisfaction comes from training leaders and emerging leaders to clarify their strengths, purpose, values and goals so they can unlock their full potential, develop confidence and gain the courage to lead.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I wanted to use my knowledge and experience to support others with their leadership journey.
Why should our clients choose you?
Combining leadership qualifications, and 30 years experience in a variety of management and leadership roles, I have been supporting individuals and teams through coaching and workshops for over 15 years.
My specialisations include management and leadership skills, communication, negotiation, conflict resolution, Emotional Intelligence and using strengths based leadership and education to create positive and high performing work cultures.

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
I started my business during COVID and have implemented COVID practices when working face to face. I am also fully immunised and up to date with boosters.
