I was stuck on a cycle of crash dieting, losing weight than putting it all back on very quickly. I had no energy, poor sleep, poor motivation and stacking on menopause weight. Mikaela has helped me understand slow and consistent weight loss is the best way to go. Think about how food makes me feel and how my stress levels have a bigger impact than I realised. I have lost 7.7kgs 8 cm from my stomach and feel like I have regained control of the cycle and my health thank you for your patience and expertise I strongly recommend her skill and insight to anyone.
