I love going to work and problem solving for my clients, and I love the ‘systems’ side it. I love developing great procedures with smart Apps to support our team and clients. It’s also important to provide a great working environment for our team.

When in our 20’s my now husband was working for a business that did not value his contribution. I encouraged him to start his own business. At that time he was using a Tax Accountant, I was working as a Financial Controller in a company. Let’s just say I wasn’t very happy with quality of advice and decided to go back into practice where I had started, but this time self-employed. The business has grown steadily over the past 20 years and I have a great team working with me.

Yes, we have many online clients. Meetings are via Zoom, document re uploaded vis our secure documents portal and tax returns are signed digitally.

We were already set up with remote services, we did have to encourage some clients to use them.
