I decided to contact Aaron after months of trying to lose weight on my own unsuccessfully. It had begun to impact my confidence and mindset.
Aaron had come recommended and I had met him at previous triathlons by children had attended. Aaron listened to my concerns and goals for the future and made me feel confident from the first time we spoke.
I found the training peaks app easy to use and I loved having a shopping list for the week ahead uploaded to the app for me. The exercises were achievable and I began to see results and have more energy almost immediately. I felt supported on my journey and Aaron would check
in regularly. The program has given me the confidence to make more informed choices with my nutrition, I sleep much better, and exercise (and enjoy it) regularly, even if it’s a walk around the neighbourhood while my kids are at sports. I completed the program 2 months ago and continue to cook some of the recipes the program provided! I have also maintained my weight and feel so much more confident physically and mentally.

Just completed a 4 week weight loss journey with Aaron Buchan, after having 4 months off due to a shoulder injury I stacked on the weight and needed some guidance and inspiration I definitely found that with AB coaching. My weight has always been an issue. I've spent my life dieting gaining etc.
I do know that I'm the only one who can make the changes but never before have I had such a fantastic coach like Aaron.
No matter how many fad diets or bariatric surgeries I have it's still up to me to learn and use the knowledge for a better life.
Joining with Aaron really is the best. It can be a bit challenging but nothing compares to having a daily program/ routine and a coach who supports and checks in with me.

10 months after having my second child, I was happy and healthy but wanted a new fitness challenge to keep me motivated (and sane)! My husband and I decided to commit to a team triathlon, never having trained or competed in one before. (I swim, and my husband run/ride.) However I had never swum in open water before. I was a bit fearful, and was not confident that I could swim the distances required. I sought help. Aaron was recommended to me by a leading triathlon organisation, and we organised some swimming sessions in the lake. He was great at listening to my goals/challenges, and developing a training plan and sessions tailored to exactly what I needed. He was able to take into account my weakness areas, understand my limitations, and correct my swimming technique. I was able to complete my first 2 ever triathlons, which is something I never thought I would be able to achieve. Over the past 12 months, and even throughout the pandemic when we couldnt access swimming pools/gyms, Aaron has kept me on track with my training, continuously motivating me and challenging me so that I can achieve my optimal fitness. Yes, promptly my personal coaching is online, most people say "online coaching isn't for them" but mostly because there not aware of the process, I have a proven system that is now getting better results than I was with 10 years of one on one personal training in the gym, if your thinking that "online" or I prefer to call it personal coaching is not for you then the question I normally ask is How committed are you for holding your self responsible for your own actions?
