What do you love most about your job?
Fulfilling our mission to instil confidence in our students, and change the path of their lives. Improving confidence is the first milestone of an upward slope of growth. When we see the changes in our students, including achieving academic success, reaching personal goals, and living with a growth mindset, we know that what we are doing at A² Tutors is truly making a difference.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I have always had a passion to share my knowledge and support students in their learning journey, to not only achieve academic success, but to also learn valuable systems and mindsets that will change their life for the better.
When I personally didn't have enough time in the day to support all of the enquiries I was receiving, the next step was to start a business to ensure we could continue to support the students in need.
Why should our clients choose you?
At A² Tutors, we aren't just tutors. We are long-term mentors for our students, using a holistic approach to achieve academic success. Academic success is so much more than a high assessment mark (don't get me wrong, that is positive too), but we also look at establishing healthy study habits and routines to ensure our students can benefit from our support for the foreseeable future.
We do not follow a 'one size fits all' program. We use educational resources that link with the NSW syllabus, and base our lessons on the specific needs of the particular student, allowing us to take the pace that works for the student, not for us.
Can you provide your services online or remotely? If so, please add details.
We provide both face to face and online tutoring. Face to face tutoring can take place in the comfort of your home, or at a local library.
For online lessons, our tutors are well-equipped with online teaching platforms to ensure lessons are effective and communication is efficient.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
We have introduces a COVID-19 policy in our policies and procedures, to ensure that all clients and tutors are aware of the procedure if either one of them have flu-like symptoms or have tested positive to COVID-19. We are proud to say that no transmission of COVID-19 has taken place throughout our work.
In-home tutoring
We assign tutors based on the specific needs of each student, to bring the lessons to the comfort of their home! A good student-tutor match can really make a world of difference and we hope to match your child with someone who will be just right.
Lessons can be for any student from Kindergarten to Year 12, for all subjects. Lessons will be scheduled based on the availabilities of your child.
Online tutoring
Online tutoring is a great option for students who are short on time and enjoy the simplicity of receiving one on one support via their device. We provide online tutoring for students of all ages. A good student-tutor match can really make a world of difference and we hope to match your child with someone who will be just right.
Lessons can be for any student from Kindergarten to Year 12, for all subjects. Lessons will be scheduled based on the availabilities of your child.
