Great food. Great service. You may think you don’t need the tofu fries. You do! Forget the word tofu and think delicious Jenga! Move over halloumi, you have been replaced. One of my favourite places to eat in Katoomba. Everything on the menu at 8Things is amazing. The Korean Bao is so juicy & tender with a light crunch from the pork belly, finely shredded salad & awesome chilli sauce. But the North Indian Dosi might be my new favourite. The soft fluffy potato so well spiced & seasoned covered by a light pancake was so super tasty; served with the most beautiful chutneys. You will not be disappointed eating at 8Things. More...
