This includes high pressure cleaning changing / repairing broken tiles fully re-pointing all Ridge caps with flexi Point a coat of primer/sealer and two coats of heavy membrane paint
Repointing
Reparing all of the ridgecaps with flexipoint which is a flexible pointing compound that flexes and moves with the wind and vibration of the tiles unlike cement which he's rigid and cracks with movement. The Ridge caps are what holds the roof together and keeps it all safe secure and water tight
