When I joined the Hyde Park gym, I had a one-on-one diagnostic session with Karl. He asked all the right questions to get the full picture of my current physical, emotional, and biological state (there were some unconventional questions in there but it all made sense at the end) and with his amazing listening skills (as I was just all over the place with my answers) managed to suggest just the right set of exercises and life style changes that helped me improve my overall quality of life. I inquired with Jordan about my deadlift technique as he was about to leave. He took the time to assist me and book a future session.
I have been training for a long time between weights, sport and most recently Muay Thai but have plenty of gaps in my knowledge of stability, mobility etc. Jordan managed to tailor his explanations so that I was able to use the knowledge up to what I knew until Jordan would build from there. Ultimately, I learned key steps during and complimentary exercises before my deadlifting.

How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?
At Vitruvian Health, we work together with our clients to create plans that are realistic and actually suit their lifestyle. We kick off the process by first having an induction session to make sure we understand each individual client. This allows us to further discover what they want to achieve and what drives them.
We find there is a lot of mis-information on personal training and 'losing weight', so we believe it is important to distinguish our client's beginning stance. This then allows us to provide the education necessary to achieve the results the client wishes to see.
What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?
There is no secret to getting the body of your dreams! The key is setting realistic timeframes and having tailored exercise, nutrition and lifestyle plans which means you'll actually stick to them and reap the rewards - whilst having fun doing it! There is no point having the 'dream bod', but hating the process you take to get there. We strive to make the journey enjoyable for you, so you look and feel your best after your time with us.
What do you love most about your job?
Seeing people realise they are the master of their own destiny and can make the changes they need to achieve the results they are after. The guidance and tools we provide helps our clients' dreams become a reality. It's hard not to love helping make people live better, holistic, healthy lives!
What inspired you to start your own business?
I travelled the world learning from the best in the fitness industry for 5+ years. Eventually I wanted to create a premium service that took the guess work out of everything. This meant building a business that housed and supported trainers and clients in their growth and development, plus providing access to services that were crafted around the leading edge of information in our industry so time isn't wasted achieving results they crave.
Why should our clients choose you?
There are 2 types of people that should choose us:
Type 1: Someone who has worked with diets or other trainers before and it didn't work, but they're not sure why. We help comprehend this reason why and help them move forward.
Type 2: Someone who doesn't have time to waste and wants to have a plan that sets them up for success. If 'life happens', they know that there is a team of professionals that can tailor the plan to better suit what is going on.

Yes our services can be done remotely. The process is the same, the only difference being we talk over the phone. Your challenges and obstacles can still be tailored to help you get the most out of your lifestyle, training and nutrition.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Staying relevant and up-to date, listening to peoples concerns and working out ways around it to make sure they feel confident in us and in them selves that the process is going to work for them. We also have hand sanitiser and face masks available for wear depending on each client's preference when working face to face.
