Dan is very transparent and professional, has a strong knowledge of the property market, respectful, warm and a genuine person. This was my third time purchasing a property as my residence (never used any buyers agents). However my personal life situation has changed since, as well as the current Sydney property market has gone crazy and getting trickier to buy a property and without knowledge of the current market situation or strong negotiation skills.

Nobody wants the feeling that of "Am I overpaying for this property more than the property value?", are there any development plans around the house forthcoming?
