What inspired you to start your own business?
I was inspired to start my business after facing my own two-decade struggle with weight management and dietary intolerances. These experiences gave me firsthand insight into the challenges of navigating a healthy lifestyle in today’s fast-paced world, where emotional eating and stress are increasingly common.
Understanding the profound impact that mindset, nutrition, and emotional health have on sustainable weight management, I wanted to create a program that goes beyond diets and quick fixes. Mind Your Weight was born to provide a compassionate, evidence-based approach that empowers individuals to transform their relationship with food and achieve lasting results, tailored to their unique needs and lifestyles.

My program is fully tailored to your unique needs and lifestyle, making it both accessible and adaptable to support your journey towards lasting transformation.
