They did a terrible job, it had to be redone by another company and they tried to rip me off for more money for work they never did.

This is so not the case and we have the photos of before and after the clean at the property. The house was well beyond a standard clean and our cleaners (3) were in attendance at the property for a total of 10hours each and as per our guarantee we returned to fix the minor issues. You made a salatiable agreement prior to us commencing work to pay for the extra cleaner and we gave you the opportunity to source an alternate service to complete your clean however you instructed us to proceed and you agree to pay the extra costs for the cleaner. We also offered you a discount to resolve this issue however you have chosen not to resolve this but taken to social media in an attempt to justify non payment for the work completed and discredit our business! We have been in operation for 4 years in Toowoomba and surrounding districts.
Do you bring your own equipment and supplies?
Yes we have all of our own equipment and cleaning supplies, you don't need to provide anything. We use an online booking system so you will know when your job is booked, who your cleaner is and what time they will be arriving.
What do you love most about your job?
We love to make our customers happy by providing them with a sparkle new home.
What inspired you to start your own business?
The residents of Toowoomba inspired me and the lack of professional cleaning services available.

No we are an onsite service. Not in the Toowoomba City not a problem just get in touch. You can book online and we will confirm once your booking is made.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Our cleaners are all equipped to provide a covid safe environment while cleaning. If required they will wear PPE to protect the clients and themselves.
