Wanting to warn anyone thinking of hiring Tom for work. Tom turns extremely abusive when you try to rectify problems with him. During his work with me, I was extremely flexible and understanding when issues arouse. The shower screen door actually shattered, and I initially had water pouring from the shower head. I acknowledged that things happen and was very patient. Yet after having to contact him a second time due to water leaks still occurring in my shower, I was name called, yelled at, gaslit, sworn at and blamed for the issues, being told I'm a leak expert and the water is only a small amount. This was both on the phone and by ongoing texts sent by him. Due to the fact it was a cash job, I was told he has no obligation to me and if I wanted to complain about 'my silicon' issues I would have to fork out more money as there's no warranty. He is extremely unprofessional and speaks in a disgusting manner and I am now left with issues that I will have to pay someone else to fix. More...

What do you love most about your job?
Its super rewarding seeing a space being transformed and knowing you and you team accomplished that. Also seeing our clients reactions when we deliver what they paid is to do.
What inspired you to start your own business?
It was a risk nonetheless but happy I made it. It's not just work for me it's a passion and I love doing it so I thought why not do it for myself.
