Having had counselling in the past, and achieving nothing I didn't hold out any hope until I had the phone consult with Mark, and I knew he was the man for the job when he said he was a straight shooter. We needed strategies and tools to help us move along, not endless hours of moaning and that is precisely what Mark does. Listens intently, understands and empathises then action, and after just 2 sessions I can honestly say years and years of stress and trauma have been lifted and there is a bright light at the end of the tunnel. Where do I start…I was very hesitant at first to give marriage counselling a go again as we had a poor experience previously with another counsellor. We’ve been working with mark for about 5 weeks now and it has literally saved our relationship and our family. Being able to connect on an emotional level from a males perspective in past has been extremely difficult and caused a lot of conflict over the years which I’m happy to say has now taken a complete 180 in the right direction. We’ve been given the tools and knowledge to control the controllable and to be there for one another through any speed bump that arises. The one thing I will add for anyone reading this review is that YOU have to do the work, Mark cannot do it for you.
