Recently needed to transition to NBN - which also included our phone system. This caused quite a bit of anxiety as everyone we spoke to gave us a differing perspective as to what we needed. Finding someone not only reputable but reliable and honest was not an easy task. Had been told by numerous companies we needed to replace a relatively new phone system as it wasn't NBN compatible. Thankfully we contacted the manufacturer of the phone system who put us in contact with Clint at TelcoHQ - who not only spoke to us personally but reassured us the phone system was NBN compatible and was confident we didn't need to replace it - and explained any pros and cons. He did a site visit and equipment audit and organised the entire process to ensure we had a seamless transition - answered all our questions and concerns promptly and honestly. Organised NBN connection first then once this was up and running organised phone lines to be transitioned. He made the whole process completely effortless and easy.
