What inspired you to start your own business?
I felt there was a gap in the market for quality buyer's agents that operate across multiple markets, but more-so that understand liveability and how rooms sizes, shapes and aspect play a huge part in property performance both as a home and/or investment.
Why should our clients choose you?
Because for over 50 years of combined property experience we have been helping hundreds of purchasers make good, well-researched decisions about property. We treat all clients as if they were our own family and take a maximum of 5 clients per buyers agent on in order to ensure we deliver the highest quality service.
Can you provide your services online or remotely? If so, please add details.
Yes, if need be we can handle most meetings via Zoom or phone calls. Many of our clients purchase interstate without having seen the property and trusting us to do our work to ensure their investment is secure. Of course we encourage clients to inspect properties prior to purchase, however when this is not possible or too difficult we are more than capable of managing the process.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
We have the ability to host all meetings via Zoom where necessary.
