Our Accredited Sports Dietitian, Lea Stening, has worked in private practice for over 35 years, offering expert advice to those with problems such as weight control, chronic illnesses, allergies, intolerances and other health issues.
From full programs providing tailored nutritional advice to the provision of general information on nutrition. Lea can provide the following options to our members.
