I recently sold my house for a good price and a long settlement time of 5 months. I wax anxious about having no home to go to and sought advice from Sarah Zhang of Smortgage Services. I found her refreshingly straightforward to deal with, pleasant and efficient. Over a five-day period she tried several strategies to get me access to funds I could use as a deposit on a new home, as my understanding was that deposit paid to me would not be available until settlement day in 5 months time. Unexpectedly, my funds became available, so her excellent and inventive work became redundant. I would highly recommend her services.
