We disappointed and saddened by the turn of events. Despite our thorough cleaning, your landlord has raised concerns about the property's condition after 11 days of viewings. This is unfair, considering the high foot traffic and potential wear and tear. From the outset, we recommended an inspection before payment, but unfortunately, it didn't happen as planned. You initially mentioned inspecting the property the next morning, but later clarified it wasn't an inspection. Now, your landlord is citing dust on the floors, which we believe is unreasonable given the circumstances. It's unfortunate that our efforts and good work are being discredited. We wish you had considered our perspective and worked towards a more amicable resolution. As you recall, the property was in a satisfactory condition when you closed the windows the day after cleaning. It's disappointing to see the industry prioritize discrediting competitors over recognizing quality work. We hope that in the future, our efforts will be acknowledged and valued. Unfortunately, it seems that our involvement has been unfairly scrutinized simply because we weren't the preferred cleaner recommended by your property manager you even mentioned this from the first place, We regret that we couldn't better shield you from the unfair scrutiny you've faced from your landlord. Unfortunately, by choosing us as your cleaner, despite your property manager's recommendation.
