How long have you been in business?
We have been in Australian building industry for over 20 Years now in many different ways which enabled us to see things from a variety of angles and we used it to gather only the best while making renovation process simple.
What guarantee does your work come with?
We perform ALL our installations in accordance with the Australian Building Standards, are fully insured, and guarantee all our work as the Australian law requires us to do for our consumers to be covered. This is why we NEVER do any work without both parties signing a contract prior to commencement of work. That way you have an opportunity to ask questions that you may have beforehand, have all our registration details in one place (so you can check it), and know exactly what to expect.
What do you love most about your job?
Sense of ability to accomplish something for clients that brings them enormous amounts of joy daily for years to come and the fact that it adds value to their property makes it all worthwhile.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Working in the building industry as well as water-proofing expert and seeing how many little things, when not done properly (often due to cutting costs to increase profits) can lead to big things later down the line was concerning. Our strong interest in durability and quality was vital to spotting gaps in the industry. Since that, we started looking for further growth in knowledge, seeking specialised education wherever possible. We worked that little harder and invested our time to gain that extra knowledge and understanding on materials and techniques available to us here in Australia (which is, sadly, often overlooked in the industry). It is important to us to do this in order to improve longevity of our building work and to be able to produce long lasting bathrooms that significantly reduces the chances of any issues after being installed and leaves clients chasing a tail on things that get them nowhere. It is frustrating and we knew it doesn't have to be. We are here to do it right or don't do it at all. We want our bathrooms to last long after we are gone as the bitterness of poor quality remains long after the sweetness of low price is forgotten.
