Sentinel were fantastic at my son’s 18th birthday party of around 100 guests. A fast response to my initial inquiry, answered all phone calls and responded to texts instantly. They arrived with plenty of time prior to the party, checked all arrivals were on our guest list, including ID checks. Most importantly, they handled the gate crashes with professionalism, sending the gate crashes on their way even before the police arrived and stayed until every guest left safely. No, our services cannot be provided online or remotely, as security requires a physical presence to be effective. Our work is hands-on, with trained officers on-site to protect people, property, and assets.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Sentinel Protection was established after the peak of COVID-19, so we were not operating during that time. However, health and safety remain a top priority for us. We follow strict hygiene practices, ensure our officers are well-trained in safe interaction protocols, and comply with all government health guidelines to keep our clients and staff protected.
