Early on in my 20's It dawned on me that I had already hit my 'Peak' in my career and there was no vision or direction for me to go any further which did not sit well with me. I could always challenge myself personally with hitting personal goals outside of my career, however I wanted the challenge at work also, so I took the leap and started out at 22 in my first business. No real knowledge or money behind me, the daughter of a single mum that believed in me, (but I knew I kept her up at night with stress!!) I backed myself that failure was not an option. Needless to say, what a ride the last 23 years have been, not always easy, times and people that almost broke me, situations and people that forced me to grow, I hated some of it, loved most of it and looking back, I wouldn't change any of it. The experience has made me the successful, raw and real, inspiring mentor I am today.

My journey is so relatable to a vast majority of business owners no matter what business they are in. My ability to get alongside my clients quickly, understand them, their team and be the support they need has been the key to my most successful clients. My dedication to my client's success is key, I will work 10% harder than any of my clients to ensure we are achieving great things. My core values are honesty and integrity, and sometimes it's hard for clients to hear but I won't compromise my values just to please others or shy away from what needs to be said and done to achieve results.

Yes, I can- although I like to get Infront of my clients and their teams at regular intervals if possible- Its more personal that way.
