I have used Richard in particular and some of his team at Rivica for surveillance work on several occasions regarding the same subject. From the first call I made to Richard to the last, I found Richard to be very patient as I always had a lot of questions to ask, extremely professional, kind and empathetic towards my very difficult situation. Richard was very easy to talk to and a good listener when speaking about my situation with my husband and attended to my needs always. A true gentleman and always very supportive of me. He always went above and beyond to find another agent in his team even at the last minute, to do surveillance work for me, if he was unable to attend the job himself. Richard would always explain thoroughly to me what the process would be before they started a job. Richard and his team were outstanding in their surveillance work and always did a great job. It was great that I got regular quick updates via texts or calls whilst the job was being conducted. And the reports and the details of the work carried out each time was very clear, thorough and detailed. And video footage was great too. In the end Richard and his team were able to provide the information I needed on what was a very difficult and sometimes confusing situation. I very highly recommend Richard and his team at Rivica for all situations in surveillance and especially delicate ones. I would definitely go back to Richard and team again if I had to... (but hopefully not) ! I wouldn't go anywhere else. So if anyone else out there who is contemplating on hiring a P.I, you can't go wrong with Richard and his team, because you will definitely get the information and answers you need, good or bad. I am very impressed with RIVICA PI.
I live in Canada and reached out to three other private investigation companies as well.
RIVICA was the first to contact me and already had me completed the Service Agreement and necessary information forms by the time the first of the other three firms answered my initial email to them. This was a very impressive first impression and I knew I hired the right company.
The RIVICA team was able to locate and provide me with video and images of the person in question I was looking for very efficiently and quickly. This allowed me to confirm my travel arrangements from Canada.
I was in constant contact with RIVICA during my flight over to Australia. When I arrived I was immediately updated with more information and a schedule for in-person briefing and surveillance.
I found an extreme level of professionalism with all his team. We were able to complete the mission with the best possible results imaginable. It was done swiftly, professionally, and to my complete satisfaction. I had concerns that my partner was cheating on me and I wanted to be proven wrong. I initially started to complete the application but fear had stepped in and I had changed my mine.
Richard must have come across my application and he had contacted me.
Richard and I started to talk about my situation. He was very professional and didn’t pass judgement on why I needed to do this; he understood that I needed a peace of mind as my fear was clouding my headspace and judgement.
He showed me a lot of empathy and was an empathic listener. He was very thorough how this investigation would take place, as I was very anxious.
During the investigation he would text me or call and he gave me descriptive detail what he was seeing.
After the investigation, Richard went beyond his role and out of courtesy and genuine concern he had contacted me the next day to check on my well being. I had never met Richard yet but for some reason I had a lot of trust and respect for him.
I highly recommend Richard as it’s not about the job or money, he really does care about easing people’s fears and giving them a peace of mind so that they can have closure.
