I called Pica Electrical on a Friday afternoon after receiving my electricity bill and realising that something was not working with my solar.
The phone was answered by a very helpful tradesman who asked me a few questions to determine what the problem could be, which would most likely be the inverter. I asked them to fix it ASAP.
On Monday they called to ask if they can come out on the Tuesday. They attended the property on Tuesday at my requested time of 7.30 am. They arrived on time and as suspected, the inverter needed replacing. They did the job, took the rubbish away, and took the time to show me how to monitor the system on my mobile phone via an app.
I was very impressed, not only with the personal service but also the follow up after the job was done. I highly recommend Pica Electrical and will certainly use them in the future.
