Personal Training
If you're seeking some additional motivation and accountability, our one-on-one sessions are an excellent starting point. Our trainers are available six days a week, from 5:30 AM to 7 PM.
Semi Private Personal Training
Are you looking for a training option that combines the personalized attention of one-on-one personal training with the energy and camaraderie of group fitness classes? Our new Semi-Private Personal Training program bridges that gap perfectly!
Each session is capped at just 4 participants, ensuring you receive focused coaching and support while training alongside like-minded members who are committed to achieving their goals.
Group Fitness Classes
If you are looking something for a bit more flexible. Our Group Classes could be what you are looking for. Our Group classes range from Strength, Cardio, Boxing, HIIT and Circuit classes. These classes are capped at 12 members to ensure you are still getting a high level of coaching for each member.
Nutrition Coaching
Working with clients to help them reach a healthier lifestyle, we monitor clients' progress and adjust plans as needed. Encouragement and support to help clients stay on track with their goals. Also help clients learn how to read food labels and make informed choices.
