I bought my first home 6 months back and I went through money quest. I had wonderful experience with money quest our mortgage broker was suresh he was excellent we were very new to market and didn't have much understanding; however, suresh was patience and explained us everything in a very simple and easy language our settlement took couple of months suresh was very easy to reach through out that time and even when there was a better option with new interest rate. I am passionate about helping people achieve their financial dreams. It is extremely gratifying to see a client move into their first home. It is exciting to be part of the client's journey as they create wealth. Finding solutions for my clients make my job very interesting.
What inspired you to start your own business?
How to purchase your first home / or create an investment portfolio, How to pay off your loan faster, How to structure your loan? How do I shop for a lender? - there just had to be an easier way to find the answers. I found my children and my close contact were asking me these questions and I was enjoying assisting them - from all of this I got my inspiration to start my own business.

Yes, We can do Client Interviews via Zoom. We provide secure online portal using 2-stage authentication for client access to upload their documents to ensure their privacy is not compromised. We follow eSignature protocol where acceptable, to enable paperless documentation.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
The majority of our client contact is done via phone, emails, and Zoom meetings.
If and when we need to meet our clients in person - we arrange meetings in an open space environment where possible, wear a face mask, use sanitisers regularly, and keep our social distance protocol.
