What do you love most about your job?
What I love most is helping people unlock their potential — whether that is a business owner finally gaining financial clarity, a leader stepping into their next role with confidence, or a team discovering a new growth opportunity through innovation and marketing. For me, it is about seeing ideas turn into action and watching people feel empowered, supported, and excited about the future.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I was inspired to start my business because I saw how many entrepreneurs and leaders were working incredibly hard but lacked the right guidance, tools, or confidence to take the next step. I wanted to create a service that combined accountability, leadership coaching, and practical growth strategies so that people could focus on what they do best, while feeling backed by clear direction and trusted support.

Yes, absolutely. I work with clients all over Australia (and beyond) through Zoom, Teams, and cloud-based tools. Whether it is a financial review, a leadership coaching session, or a growth strategy workshop, everything can be delivered online in a way that feels engaging, interactive, and supportive.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
During Covid-19, I shifted most of my services online — from workshops to one-on-one coaching — so clients could stay safe without missing out on support. This has actually made things more flexible and convenient, and today I continue to offer both online and safe in-person options depending on what my clients prefer.
