Choosing a buyer’s agent ain’t just about finding someone who’s “nice” or “helpfull.” You need someone who knows how to hunt down the best deals and won’t let you overpay.
A lot of agents just wanna make the sale and move on, but the right buyer’s agent fights for you. They know the market, spot the overpriced listings, and negoiate hard to save you thousands.
And honestly, the reporting was awsome. The report he sent me was so easy to read and actually made sense none of that overcomplicated, confusing crap. Just straight-up useful info that helped me make a smart decision.
I’ve seen too many people get talked into bad deals cause their agent didn’t have the guts to push back. When I buy, I want someone who’s ruthless on price, smart on strategy, and always one step ahead. You should to.
