As a design and build contractor, what I love most is bringing ideas to life—from concept to completion. It's incredibly satisfying to take a blank piece of paper, work closely with a client to understand their vision, and then lead a team that turns that vision into a physical structure. The combination of creativity, problem-solving, and hands-on execution keeps the work both challenging and rewarding.
What inspired you to start your own business?
