What inspired you to start your own business?
We found our ability to communicate with owners, managers and workers provided benefits to the overall business including culture and aligning the efforts of workers with managers to achieve goals more efficiently and with greater cooperation.

We offer online and remote work to keep costs down. A lot of business management work requires analysis of current work systems and consultation with key stakeholders, most of this can occur online and remotely.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Remote and online work is conducted wherever possible to limit potential transfer of viruses. We have created Covid safe work plans for customers where they are essential services to minimize the impact of Covid.
