I have had the pleasure of training with Louis for almost 3 years. During this time, Louis has shown passion for all fitness related activities as well with immense knowledge as well as giving advice when it comes nutrition, macros, stretches, mobility and injury recovery.
He has also helped me getting back into weight lifting and rehab following a major surgery. Other than that, Louis is a genuine top bloke and makes all training session fun.
