LetGo have been managing my property for the last year or so. I am an absent landlord working overseas and have relied on my property manager Denisa to manage the change of use planning application and subsequent work required to be compliant. She has been proactive in driving the process forward. After a few noise issues with initial guests Denisa worked on a plan to ensure future guests were well vetted and aware of the house rules. Beware this Airbnb management company. Tried to charge us for a chair that was damaged prior to our arrival. Slightly broken but still usable (small damage to the back) We stayed 3 weeks, was 3 hours late allowing us to check in with 9am checkout and wouldn't accommodate an hour more to make up time. They care about all the things we care about—occupancy rates, screening of rental bookings, preservation of the character and contents of the house, and even peak rental algorithms.
