Beau is extremely knowledgeable about the human body and weaves good values in during training sessions (consistency, daily movement, personal committment to health). I highly recommend Kinetic Fitness to anyone looking for an experienced personal trainer without the overwhelming, intimidating vibe of a crowded gym. It's in the perfect location, just around the corner from Southern Cross Station. The trainers and members are super welcoming and knowledgeable. The equipment is brand new, and the spacious layout makes working out so much more enjoyable. My trainer, Jacob, is honestly the best. As a support worker, self-care through gym/PT is a huge priority for me, and having a trainer who motivates you and works alongside you to achieve your goals—whether that's stress relief through workouts or weight loss—is incredible. It doesn't stop there: with his background in Osteopathy, Jacob carefully tailors my workout plan to suit my back and sciatica condition. We work with my health challenges, not around them, which means I can still push myself safely. I originally met Beau when he was a PT at my gym and followed him when he set up his new studio, Kinetic Fitness Personal Training, in Docklands. It a clean, modern space with great equipment, outstanding staff and personal attention. As a recent retiree, I want to make sure I get the most out life for the next few decades and one way to do that is to make sure my body is in good shape. I am 74 years old and it had been a long time since I had worked out in a gym. I started seeing Beau 2 years ago and I love my sessions. I continue to exceed my personal best in weight training and I feel amazing. No more joint stiffness and inability to undertake any form of exercise. Beau’s gym is beautifully presented with state of the art equipment and his knowledge of the body and its limits is second to none.
