Three months ago eating breakfast was non existent - not even a sliver of a thought. Overweight, in constant pain and awaiting surgery for knee replacements I got the biggest reality slap when told that I was “A pleasant obese lady with a good sense of humour”. WTF?
And then Jess popped into my feed and like the desperate grasping human that I am - this Angel took me under her wing and together we have forged a path into a new world where food is no longer my nemesis.

I understand the importance of eating correctly whilst still enjoying the naughty things too. Three months in and 9 kgs lighter - my knees are thankful and me, even more so. I achieved this weight loss with no formal exercise - pure and simple eating routine changes. Wow!

I am thrilled with my results so far and am looking forward to the next phase where exercise will also become a reality for me. Jess is my rock, my anchor and my inspiration to help me become the best and healthiest version of myself I have ever been. She is always there for me and does not judge when told I cannot possibly eat vomit cheese (cottage variety 😂). I never believed I could do this but now?
