A trusted friend suggested a Buyers Advocate who I spoke with initially, but as he worked outside metro Melbourne, referred me onto trusted friend and colleague. He confirmed that Justin had capacity to work with me. I had bought numerous times on my own in Melbourne but was living several hours out of the city, under intense time pressures, and alarmed by the v high numbers at Opens I had attended. Justin clarified the tasks I wanted him to undertake, promptly researched and inspected two properties on my shortlist, and proceeded to make offers within my limits. I/we succeeded on yet another property, to my delight, which also required multiple offers to succeed. Justin's work saved me many hours time and travel; the increase of his his offers were much lower than I would have expected, so saving me significantly; and he established good rapport with vendors agents so he was able to indirectly "read" expectations of vendors. Justin attended the final inspection with me, checking functional state of house fittings, and liaised with my legal conveyancer. This is pretty simple - it's all about helping people with their journey to finding the right home! I love taking the pressure off buyers, guiding them through the noise, and knowing I’ve helped them secure the right home at the right price. I want them to feel confident and supported during what can be a stressful and emotional process. Seeing the relief and excitement when clients find their place makes the work incredibly rewarding. That's why I work with owner-occupier clients, I love helping people find their new home. Whether its their first ever home, the place they will raise their kids, the home they will retire in, I understand how important each step is and consider it a privilege to be part of that journey.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I saw how often people felt overwhelmed, rushed, or unsure if they were making the right decisions. No one is taught how to buy a house, and even if you've done it before, there's so much to do and know that most people struggle with the process. I wanted to create a service that was calm, transparent, and genuinely client-first. Starting my own business allowed me to focus on personalised support, local expertise, and doing what is truly best for each buyer.

I continue to offer flexible options including remote meetings, virtual inspections, and digital document signing where appropriate. Property inspections and meetings are handled with care, and I respect client preferences around space and safety. My process is designed to minimise unnecessary exposure while keeping everything running smoothly.
