What inspired you to start your own business?
I saw a significant gap in the property management market. Many property owners have millions of dollars tied up in investments, yet they were often being managed by inexperienced, underpaid agents who lacked passion and accountability. I repeatedly heard complaints from owners who couldn’t even get a simple call back when they needed to speak with their agent.
At the time, I was working for someone who genuinely cared about offering great customer service, and it made me realize there was a real opportunity to create something better. I knew that if I could simply do the basics well—be responsive, provide transparent communication, and deliver excellent service—the word would spread, and I could build an agency based on trust and reliability.
While it’s tough to grow a property management business since you don’t have sales referrals to lean on, I was confident that if I focused on doing what others weren’t willing to do, the business would naturally grow. And that’s exactly what happened. Our focus on customer service and genuine care for property owners has been the key to our success.
