What can I say? I would give it a ten star if I could. The commitment that Jasna shows to her client is outstanding. She provides a one to one service, that I have not found anywhere else. Jasna is caring, emphatic and a very knowledgeable nutritionist. She did not put me on a diet, she introduced me to a new healthier lifestyle. When I got back from studying abroad, I started working with Jasna. I had put on quite a bit of weight, and although I'd always been heavy, I felt like I'd lost control of my weight and wanted a radical change. I didn't want a quick fix. I wanted a life change.
Jasna has helped me understand the effects of different foods on my body and which foods make me feel better and support a healthier lifestyle. She also inspired me to incorporate some light exercise into my daily routine. With the new plant-based diet and light exercise, I've been able to lose weight more and more and hold it off. I'm so glad that I took the step to find JK Wellness Nutrition and reach out to them for help. I am fortunate to work with Jasna, who is very passionate about plant-based eating and a vegan herself. She genuinely cares about her clients. When I have days that I'm struggling, I'm so grateful that I can pick up the phone and call her or a send her a text message, and she's always quick to reply and get me back on track.
Jasna didn't only support me with my weight loss, she also helped me develop a new sense of confidence and self-love. She does this through her constant support and sincere empathy to her clients. Jasna brings incredible knowledge, wisdom and compassion to every 1:1 session. I first sought Jasna's nutrition advice during a time of high stress. I left not only with practical and attainable goals for my nutritional health, but also with renewed hope and a great deal of encouragement.
What I didn't expect, but I quickly discovered, is that Jasna is not only a knowledgeable plant-based nutritionist, but she is also fantastic in recognising patterns and providing emotional support. For me, she has been more successful in creating real changes than anybody else before her. Doing this programme was one of the best decisions of my life. My journey into functional nutrition started from a very personal place. Years ago, I was struggling with an autoimmune condition that left me feeling drained, confused, and frustrated with the limited answers I was receiving from conventional healthcare.

It wasn’t until I began exploring the power of food, lifestyle, and holistic approaches that I started to see real improvements in my health. Over time, and with a lot of learning and experimenting, I became almost symptom-free. That experience changed everything for me.

I knew I wanted to help others reclaim their health in the same way – with compassion, personalised support, and a truly integrative approach. That’s why I started my own business. It allows me to guide people through their own healing journeys, offer the kind of support I wish I had, and show them that with the right tools, change is not only possible – it’s sustainable.

Clients choose to work with me because I take the time to truly listen. I don’t offer one-size-fits-all solutions. Instead, I provide a personalised and compassionate approach that looks at the whole person – not just the symptoms.

Yes, absolutely. At the moment, I offer all my consultations exclusively online via Zoom. This allows you to access professional support from the comfort of your own home, no matter where you are in the world.

Online sessions are just as effective as in-person consultations. They are structured, personal, and tailored to your needs, with plenty of time for discussion, education, and planning. You’ll also receive written recommendations and follow-up support after each session.

Whether you're managing a specific condition, navigating midlife changes, or simply wanting to feel better in your body, we can work together to create a plan that supports your long-term health and wellbeing – all from your own kitchen table or lounge room.

To prioritise the safety and wellbeing of my clients, I currently offer all consultations online — either via Zoom or phone. There are no face-to-face appointments at this time.

In addition, I use a secure app to deliver personalised meal plans and resources directly to your device, along with instant messaging for ongoing support between sessions. This allows for a seamless, interactive experience while keeping everything accessible, safe, and convenient from your own home.
