If it weren’t for Thomas Liao, I genuinely don’t believe I would have passed my first-ever university maths course, MATH1131 at UNSW. Having completed only HSC Mathematics Advanced, I began the course at a significant disadvantage, as MATH1131 assumes prior knowledge of HSC Mathematics Extension 1 and 2 content. They are a scam of a company. Keep Adding 10% on top of the bill. No phone calls informing there’s an outstanding bill. They stay quiet and slowly adds 10% to your bill without informing u that they’re a bill that hasn’t been paid. Also they inform you. First lesson is a trial and no payment is needed unless you opt for future service by them. But all is a scam. They quietly send you a bill even though they said it’s a free trial and no payment is required if the child doesn’t like it. I tried one lesson. They billed me. I told them it’s supposed to be a trial and no payment is is so required to be paid. I even told them I have text messages discussing the free trial between their representatives and me. But behind closed doors they quietly send u a bill and quietly increase it by 10% if not paid. I rang them informing them about the trial and informed them that they indicated to me it’s a free trial. The lady on the phone told me she will get the appropriate person to call me back as she not involved with accounts. No one called and they increased the bill without informing u. PLEASE FIND A DIFFERENT TUTOR. THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM. More...
