I selected InBarbi catering for an 80th birthday celebration.
From my initial contact, Arian was extremely helpful and gave me lots of advice as to what was offered and he helped me with my selections.
He arrived and set up punctually and discreetly in our garden.
My guests kept telling me the food was delicious.
Pre-dinner garlic bread served.
My guests praised the way the meats were cooked, the salads presented and served and the positive comments about the all the food.
Several of my guests requested contact details of InBarbi catering.
Arian and his assistant left discreetly and there was no evidence of his work except the uneaten food which was neatly left on our counter in trays.
I have no hesitation in praising InBarbi catering and recommending them to anyone who chooses to ask.

InBarbi catered for the recent Austrian Club Volunteers dinner. The people at InBarbi were very easy to deal with. The menu had enough variety to make choices easy. Everyone loved it. They even supplied a delicious vegetarian dish for our one vegetarian. The meal was cooked in the van just outside our door, and set up very nicely inside. For an extra $50 they supplied proper cutlery and crockery instead of cardboard and bamboo, and took it away again. Well worth it. The InBarbi crew were pleasant, efficient and the food to die for. Our biggest highlight is serving a very tasty and tender meat, accompanied with good salads and side dishes, not forgetting our incredible Chef's Signature Garlic Bread.
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
We have some packages already set up, however we work with the client to create a menu based on their preferences and dietary requirements. We offer a variety of BBQ options such as smoked meats, grilled vegetables, side dishes, and sauces to choose.
What do you love most about your job?
We will only be happy if our customer is happy too.
We take care of everything allowing our client to enjoy their event and entertain their guests without any worries.
What inspired you to start your own business?
We are a couple who have many dreams, and one of those dreams is to be able to transmit our love for Brazil and the kitchen to the others. We are from the south of Brazil where barbecues are a weekly tradition.
