Carla catered for my mother's birthday party this year, and she was an absolute gem. Carla was quick to answer any queries , and very flexible to cope with all the varied requests for different food allergies in our family.
Her food was delicious and plentiful, enough to feed us and the local residents with leftovers for a few days.
It was a pleasure to work with Carla, and I would recommend her to anyone needing a caterer around Brisbane.
