High Performance Fitness is great if you're serious about getting in better shape. The facilities and the equipment was recently updated so the gym is spaceous and modern. The personal trainers are super friendly, helpful and keen to see you succeed. I've been at HPF for around 2 months now and I'm super happy with my experience so far. All the trainers I've worked with so far have been great. I started out with fairly loose goals and as those goals have changed the trainers have adjusted my training to suit. It's also been refreshing to have slow incremental changes applied to my technique. I've worked with people before that tried to change everything at once, which just lead me to not improve at all.
