I have inquired them twice, both coming back with very negative experience, one of most terrible I have experienced. The very first time they received my documents and never got back. The second time I inquired a different visa and staff attitude was really rude and unprofessional. Only asking you to pay them in full without even giving you their service turnarounds time and when they will actually work on the case after receiving money. Very disappointing. They only after money and don’t care about clients at all My updated response: 1. The tone of your staff was not just unprofessional; it was rude and disrespectful. She compared me to illegal immigrants, which I found absolutely offensive. 2. A free consultation does not justify providing misleading information. My visa was successfully granted shortly after our conversation, without any issues. A DIY visa application does not mean it would be declined in a certain way. And it shouldn’t be an excuse to threaten your potential client. 3. The charges are definitely higher than the market price. The fees charged by your agents are even greater than those of immigration solicitors. I urge anyone considering their services to think very carefully. More...

I understand what it feels like dealing with the Department of Home Affairs. If you feel like your confused, lost or simply anxious in terms of where you are I would really recommend HECT.
I am glad I found them, and got to work Jasmine with the arduous process of wrapping my head around my visa situation. She was quick in regards to addressing where I was with the advertisement I posted, she was contactable either via Mail or Whatsapp. She always kept me in the loop of how my case would go, what my chances of winning were and gave me context of similar cases to mine that were going to the Tribunal.
She helped me win my case, and I would always be grateful for helping me get some closure in regards to my side of the visa process.
