I've been training with Jess for over a year now and I can honestly say she’s been a game changer in helping me reach my health and fitness goals. Jess is incredibly knowledgeable and dedicated, personalising my program to my specific needs and making sure I’m staying on track with my training and nutrition. She pushes me to work hard and do right by my body, creating a program in a way that makes it really easy to follow. I’ve seen significant improvements in my fitness, but also in my energy levels and overall well-being. As a former competitive bodybuilder, I've
worked with many coaches and trainers over the years but Jess hodges stands out as one of the most knowledgable, professional and motivating individuals I've had pleasure of training with.
Jess's ability to tailor workouts to my advanced experience level while still challenging me in new ways has been incredibly refreshing. Jess's understands the nuances hypertrophy, recovery and mobility and they've helped me refine my technique and reignite my passion for training.
What I appreciate most is Jess's attention to detail and genuine commitment to my goals. Weather it's adjusting programing based on feedback or pushing me just the right amount. Jess's brings level of expertise and care that's rare to find.
Highly recommended for anyone serious about their fitness weather you are just starting out or coming from competitive background like me.

Personal Trainers

I started working out with Jess in 2023 because I wasn’t happy with how I looked and honestly didn’t know where to begin. Jess created a tailored program for me and set up a nutrition plan to help me reach my goals . Since then, I haven’t looked back. I’ve seen a real difference in my body and have gained muscle—something I never thought I’d be able to say.

What sets Jess apart is that she actually listens to what you want. She’s not like a lot of coaches who just go through the motions—she genuinely cares, and she makes the whole process enjoyable. If you’re looking to build muscle or lose weight, I couldn’t recommend her more. You won’t regret it.

Ah Jess. What can I say? I’ve been working with Jess for 3+ years now and I love it! Jess has worked with me through -a wrist injury, covid lockdowns (where she managed to adapt my program to at home and online all at once) and most recently a back injury where she worked with my physio to ensure that my program suited my recovery. Jess is so easy to work with- pushing me when needed, and ensuring she gets the best out of me. I started training because I needed to be healthier, but working with Jess hasn’t just made me healthier it’s made me WANT to get stronger and stronger every week. Jess doesn’t just get you holistic results - she’s a nutritionist who can work your diet and an amazing physique diagnostician who can alter your posture and alignment for maximum benefit - she listens to your personal needs, distracts you just enough so you can get those last few reps out, she’s always up for a laugh and she’s so kind when you’re having a bad day.
