What do you love most about your job?
I love that I get to help my clients buy their dream homes on a daily basis. Being a mortgage broker is often hard work however very rewarding. I have bought, sold, built and refinanced property myself so I know the processes and emotions inside out - this allows me to put myself in my clients' shoes every step of the way.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Having 7 years experience with 2 of the big 4 banks, I decided that I was sick of only being able to offer one product to my clients. Whilst I always endeavoured to provide the best service possible, going direct to bank means you are limited only to what that bank can offer. Starting my own brokerage meant that I could now offer my clients 60+ different lenders which essentially means, there is an option for everyone.
