What do you love most about your job?
After a 40 year business career I now love to give back, using the knowledge and experiences gained over working in 3 states and across many areas and work categories to helping business owners succeed. Too many business fail in Australia - my mission is to make business ownership rewarding on all fronts.
What inspired you to start your own business?
After 25 years working for others, I thought it time to forge my own path forward and gain control of when and where I worked.

Yes, I find all coaching elements can be implemented through Zoom sessions and I have coached remotely across Australia and New Zealand. I much prefer a coffee and muffin and the work face-to-face though :-)

Zoom is the ultimate safety valve, but I am also fully vaccinated.

Team Development

As an extended DISC consultant I use this profiling as a foundation for team development, and work towards making the team communicate better, be more effective and reduce stress and turnover.
