Back in 2020 I started Mobile Boxing + Strength training for my local community in Sydney. And haven’t looked back. Since then, I have grown the Goliath team and have helped families Australia wide, kick-start towards a healthier lifestyle in the comfort of their homes.

David, my personal trainer, has educated me about how to lift weights correctly; and has corrected my bad posture and technique. He has taught me about my diet and the best way to exercise so I am maximising my time at the gym. I do more with David in a half an hour than I would ever do by myself in a hour or more at the gym. I have been training with David for 2 months now x 2 per week.
I had not exercised for over 7 years, was very unfit and de conditioned.
I did not feel confident to enter a gym and wanted private one on one sessions. David has rebuilt my confidence and helped me reach my goals, and continued to set new ones as I progress, he is very motivating and understanding and very punctual. His genuine caring nature was much needed for someone that had lost a lot of confidence. I signed up with David at Goliath Performance 2 months ago and have loved it! Before our first session he contacted me to let me know the services he offers and asked about my fitness goals so he could create a program suited to me. I was a beginner with everything and he made me feel so comfortable about it and is very knowledgeable in what he teaches. On our first session we went through the basics as I needed help with my technique in lifting weights and since then I can tell I’ve improved a lot thanks to him! He’s let me know multiple times that he is always available during the week if I have any questions or concerns and as he’s a mobile PT as well it makes it so much easier to fit in my schedule, he is always happy to go by the times that I’m free too.
