I started coaching with Gary at the start of this year to further my technique and increase strength for my body building show. Since being with Gary, I have been able to increase more strength than I have in the 3 years that I have been training as a competitor and have brought up my weaker areas in my body. I also started with a shoulder injury, however, through his suggested rehab exercises I have been able to manage this injury safely and still build upper body strength. I have been training with Gary for 5 years and I’ve never been in better physical and mental condition than I am now. Gary’s knowledge of training is second to none.
I am stronger than I have ever been and my energy levels are high. In tandem with this, Gary’s nutrition plan has complemented my training.
