We came to Focused with a lot of unknowns and myth about fitness and looking to get back to a healthy lifestyle and “WOW,”the results and guidance through the process were top notch. The simplicity provided to understand and respect food, also the discipline for exercise/keeping our bodies active were one of the highlights. Who would have thought we could loose a combined weight of 23 kgs with great fitness stats. The exercise sessions with both of you were a lot of fun, challenging at times, but all worth it. I signed up to Craig's program a year ago. I was initially reluctant to go to a PT as I wasn't in good shape and had a lack of confidence, thinking I wouldn't react well to the expectations and pressure a trainer would have of me. However, I am so glad I committed to signing up because Craig is incredibly supportive and tailored his service to my needs. He creates an environment that you want to walk in to. I've lost a large amount of weight, feel so much healthier both physically and mentally as a result. I've also been educated so much as part of the program which has helped me make smarter choices about my lifestyle whilst still having fun. Fun...I didn't think I'd ever be having fun working out at 6:00am on a Saturday, but it is. It never feels like a chore and I never feel like missing a session. I have just hired Craig after speaking with him on the phone, honestly I cannot wait to get started. I am currently 146kgs and 173cm tall.
I need someone who is honest and my first impression was all honesty from Craig.
I told him that I don't like myself and that I really want to be better for me, my daughter and my husband. I want baby number 2 but am high risk because my BMI is apparently horrendous! Again, if you need straight forward and accountability then Craig is the person to work with.

After having my first and second babies my weight settled around 10 kgs heavier then I would like and I couldn't get rid of the pooch.
My BMI had crept into the overweight category!
I dabbled in exercise and counting calories six months after having my first baby, not really following any particular program, and just trying to make it work on my own. I lost a bit of weight but was not happy yet.
However, six weeks after having my second baby, I'd had enough and was ready to train seriously with Craig. Since then I've lost 8kg, down to 55kg with a BMI of 22 and right in the middle of the healthy range! The food is always delicious, there were no restrictions and I never felt deprived. I love that the workouts are customised so that I can do them at home, at a park or at a gym. They were varied and suited my style of working out.
I would definitely recommend anyone who is ready to make a change, to get started with Craig from Focused PT today!

What inspired you to start your own business?
Being so big and unfit for so much of my life, when I turned my life around to become what I am today I wanted to educate people how to exercise properly and lead healthy lifestyles, not only for themselves, but for the next generation too.
