I have finished a 6 week challenge at FIT40 and I feel amazing. Fitterer, stronger and healthier. In the 6 weeks I lost 4. 8 kilos went down a pants size and lost cm all over. I’ve been a member of FIT40 for two months and absolutely love it. I look forward to going to every workout and love the small classes. I feel like the trainers (Jake and Daniel) genuinely want to see you succeed and achieve your fitness/weight loss goals. I also just completed a 6 week weight loss program with them. Honestly, if you get the opportunity to sign up to any future weight loss programs here, definitely do it, I have learnt so much about nutrition, weight loss and becoming consistent with my goals! Couldn't recommend Fit40 enough. With turning 50 and everything aching so much, I decided to do something about it. I took a chance and joined Fit40. it’s hard work but so worth it. I now have mobility back in my right knee.
