Follow up was prompt after initial request via BARK.
Operator quoted fair price and we agreed to meet three days later to view said garden general clean up.
Again quote was agreed alongside tip fee/pine bark/timeframe.
Upon receiving invoice it was at least 200% greater than first agreed on and expected.
When this was challenged with Operator - I was advised that the work was greater than first thought.
However I was not notified of this during the time of service as would be expected. I did discuss this with the operator on the day of meeting to call if work would become extended.
Not receiving notification I was surprised to receive an invoice of what was greater than first expected.
The service was at my 90 year old mother’s house who is transitioning to care and home unoccupied I mentioned this to the operator.
I do not dispute the service the operator provided as it was what we discussed and very happy with the result.
My concern there was no update on excess hours used and communication expected.
Operator offered an hour from said invoice which was
accepted.
Going forward I would recommend a written quote.
