First of all, Im giving 5stars because I was told to do so in order to reward hard working team. If I had a choice, it will be 1 star. This team did a good job, however, not all their cleaning teams are good. There was a couple team from South Asia and they are the worst. The female chatted non-stop with the male, and they stuck together throughout the entire job chatting instead of performing individual tasks. Depending on your luck, you have to BEWARE! The office who did the scheduling is hopeless and not contactable. All the numbers listed does not work. In the initial booking, the cleaning team were No Shows and I was not contacted. After more than a dozen attempts, someone finally called me and said the team extended their hours at another job and cant attend my job. Why dont they advise me and I had to desperately find a way to get hold of someone. Then they escalated to the Manager, Ivr, he did try to assist and got hold of another team. Unfortunately the team who turned up 3hours later were the same above-mentioned South Asian couple team where the female chatted non-stop. They recognised me from the first job they did for me, and as I lodged a complaint to Moe previously, they grudgingly came into my property, took photos and disappeared! After searching for them for 5 mins, I found them sitting in their Van and on their phones. As I was standing about 3m away in the shade (very hot and sunny day), I spoke to them to ask why did they disappear and not cleaning. They complained to me that the company refused to pay them in full since I cancelled the window cleaning job (they were 3hours late and I thought it would be too hot for them - I was trying to be kind). I told cleaners to do what they needed to do and if they want to clean the windows go ahead. I then went back into my house as it was really hot. I just need the job done. 5 mins later I received a call from Manager Ivr stating that the cleaners have left as they said they dont feel safe with me! LOL! Such a LAME excuse! Blaming their reduced payment to staff on me, the customer! I definitely DO NOT RECOMMEND this company to anyone! Ive used this cleaning company 6x, only 2 teams worked out. More...
