This service has been inconsistent. Last time was excellent, but this visit was disappointing. The cleaners were polite, but the job felt rushed—they were booked for 3 hours but finished in just over one. Very disappointing service. Poor communication and extremely lazy staff. Hired them for end-of-lease cleaning, but they did not do any deep cleaning as promised. When I pointed this out, they claimed they don’t do detailed cleaning, which was shocking. Their 72-hour guarantee is false—I contacted them multiple times with photos and never got a response. I was able to get a quote very quickly with a call back after completing an online questionnaire within 30mins. The detailed EOI form meant that the price quoted was accurate and there were no hidden extras. About a week later, I received a follow-up phone call to offer me a reduced price, and additional cleaning services at significantly reduced prices if I needed them. I was very impressed that I could book this service on the Sunday 1pm of a long weekend. The apartment looks beautiful again. Mohi from Fantastic Cleaners and his brother are grreat at what they do. They were friendly, arrived on time and did a wonderful job. Some highlights: the shower is completely free of limescale now, microwave is spotless on the inside and the carpets were professionally steam cleaned. Mohi even went to extra effort at the end of the job to get another cleaning agent from his car to remove a stubborn stain on the toilet. Another thing that sets them apart is that they were understanding about furniture in the apartment and lack of space. TL;DR: they give their contractors only 60% of fees, so contractors try to find as many extras to make it worth their whileCleaner showed up and despite having paid for external window cleaning for a tenancy vacate clean, wanted another $80 as he ‘needed more money’ from fantastic cleaners as a subcontractor, saying what they give him don’t cover the effort for windowsHe wanted another $75 for the oven which I agreed, but told him to leave the windows or just do half - he said it wasn’t about that and he just wanted to use it as leverage to get more money from fantastic cleaners. Of my $658 fee he makes $394.10, he told meBeing out of the CBD he said he wants more money to cover if he has to come back if he misses spots as he lives in the CBDHe also couldn’t be bothered really today as he said he was fasting for RamadanHe got off the phone with them, said they’d call me, and they didn’t call for 30mins.
